Аннотация / Annotation:
The current state of system of Russian education and possibility of its further improvement by means of informatization processes is analyzed. The special attention is paid to prospects of the higher education in the Yaroslavl region. Differentiation of educational institutions on extent of use of information tools is noted. The role of development and deployment of concrete information technologies as one of the directions of development of educational space of the higher school of the Yaroslavl region and need of their development is designated by all participants of teaching and educational process.

The paper discusses the main problems of artificial intelligence and its use: proofs of theorems; games; pattern recognition; decision-making; adaptive programming; composing music machine; data processing in a natural language; learning networks (neural networks); verbal conceptual learning. Of particular interest are issues related to the automation of learning as “manual methods” without the use of technology have long reached their limits. The most accessible form of automated learning is the use of computers, that is the use of computer time for learning and processing of the results of students’ knowledge quiz.

To the problem of person identification in online learning environment

Online training as one of global phenomena of the modern education supplies not only new opportunities for the development of a person or society but also faces us a number of complicated challenges and requires multi-dimensional, inter-disciplinary approach. One of the most insistent questions is the problem of person’s identification in a training online environment. In the paper, the author considers terms such as virtuality, virtual person, identity, and identification as elements that are of great significance for philosophical comprehension of the problem. To realize the specific features of person functioning in a training online environment an experiment with e-learning using distance education was conducted. The paper describes some experimental results.

Animation as Development Tool of Media Competence of younger School Students

Development of media competence of younger school students – an actual problem of today. Media information, at uncontrollable consumption and without comments of adults, with a special force influences children of younger school age, owing to their age features. Many scientists of the different countries point today to importance of media formation of various age groups: Canada, Australia, France, etc. In article theoretical and methodical development in the field of media education of younger school students on an animation material in Russia is considered. The analysis of dissertation researches on media education of 1950-2014, and also domestic publications, author’s programs and the grants devoted to a problem of development of media competence of elementary school, for the purpose of identification of degree of a readiness of a problem of development of media competence of children of younger school age on an animation material is carried out.
