Specifics of Situation ‘Break of a Knowledge Flow’ in an Information Society

Such a situation as implementation of a new information and management system in a large distributed organization, which is often used in a information society, is described in the article. Processes of accumulation and loss of knowledge are analyzed. A concept of intensity of knowledge and competence flow is set. A concept of break of knowledge and competences as a harsh mismatch of intensity of a need and an actual state of a flow of knowledge and competences is represented. Methods of solution of a problem of break of competences are analyzed; specifics of this problem in case of implementation of a new information management system are investigated; a rational method of its solving is proposed.

An Analysis of Production Activity of an Agricultural Sector by using an Optimization Model

Issues of using of an optimization model for analyzing economic activity of an agricultural farm and searching of an optimal plan of production in case of teaching students in agriculture are considered in the article. This model enables to calculate the set ‘a hand-made’ plan for production in an agricultural farm. Also it enables to simulate an optimal plan of production for plant and animal production in a three year term. Rotation of a dairy herd is simulated. The model can be used for analyzing influence of various factors of production and sale on economic results of farm’s activity and also for information support of a person making decisions.
