Methods of education of specialists through an automated system of distance education for specialists are described in the article. Principles of development of educational contents are shown. Stages of system functioning are explained. Two groups of students’ actions such as testing group and a functional one are represented. Tests-lessons and tests-role playing are given.

A description of activity of students’ design team in robotics and main laboratory mechanical equipment for practical lessons of students in a theory of automated management, identification and diagnostics, mathematical simulation and for schoolchildren on their lessons of computer engineering, physics and cybernetics are represented in the article. For mechanical equipment there are virtual simulators enabling students to simulate system behavior before approbation of final algorithms in real equipment.

Now great attention in a field of considering a problem of implementation of information technologies in education is paid to their positive influence: visualization of complete information for best mastering, interactivity of an educational environment, etc. But implementation of information technologies in a common life (including a sphere of education) has got some disadvantages. It is necessary to pay attention to specifics of this disadvantages.

It is necessary to show that graph models and algorithms can work in conditions of modern reality for solving tasks of support management. There is an example in the article which is a necessary one for restructuring of administrative and territorial division by using algorithms. Authors develops several types of algorithms that are implmeneted in a developed training system.
