Autopoiesis of a Complex Organizational and Technical System

The article analyzes the application of the theory of social systems to the development and functioning of complex organizational and technical systems. Paper reveals the content of the basic principles of the theory of social systems of Luhmann. The paper shows that autopoiesis is the most important integrating principle of this theory. The article describes the classification of complex systems by the principle of complexity. Paper proves that a complex organizational and technical system is the most difficult. The paper proves that Luhmann’s theory is more fully applicable to a complex organizational and technical system. The article describes the features of autopoiesis in complex organizational technical systems.

This article deals with Internet-resources, which are used for learning English language. Those Internet-resources are useful for compiling a list of additional literature for working out the programs for the discipline “Foreign language”. It is noted that fluency in foreign language allows the graduates to be competitive, mobile in professional activities, which will contribute to the development of the future professional career. The use of various Internet resources, contributes to not only the formation and the development of foreign language communicative competence, but also the development of skills of self-education, reflection, and readiness for networking collaboration.

An effective method of teaching these technologies is a method based on the search for and elimination of specially generated errors. In this paper, examples are given of the formation of errors in the sections «Addressing» and «Routing» of packet switching networks, and a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of training by the proposed and traditional methods is given.
