Thanks to development of technologies of wireless data transfer, many software and hardware producers and developers offer a wide spectrum of new services, for example, mobile Internet. New technologies should be accessible, fast, secure and error-free. One of technologies providing access to mobile Internet is push-down list of WAP (Wireless Application Protocol or Wireless Access Protocol). Appearing of WAP was related to fast integration between two technologies: wireless connection and Internet. Authors offer modification of a transportation layer of WAP (Wireless Transaction Protocol – WTP), improvment of a stream cntrol algorythm, and changing in mechanisms of retry and analysis of conditions of an environment. The article includes analysis of exisiting mechanisms and new ideas of development and improvement of transportation protocols for working in a wireless environment.
