Issues of development of computer practical lessons in a field of analogue electronics, that are necessary elements for usage in a traditional educational process and in a mode of distance education, are considered in the article. It is shown that in developing such practical lessons as a basis we often use a complex, multi-aspect approach oriented on harmonic combination of various types of computer simulation and a traditional laboratory experiment. As a main instrument of practical implementation of the given approach there is a technology of virtual devices. Cases of implementation for such an approach are considered.

Strategies of increasing effectiveness of implementation of ICT into an educational process are discussed. It is stated that the main method of increasing effectivness of innovative activity of a teacher in a field of ICT is fighting against negative psychological factors, that are in his/her work in an information educational environment and are able to initiate a professional crisis. It is proposed a complex scheme of solving psychological problems of a teacher including development of a new scientific views, simulation of conscious motivation to use innovations and optimization of a process of innovative activity.

Functioning of an internal educational center of a federal-wide retail company based on a mixed type of education used in a chemists network ’36,6’ is described in the article. Ways of searching of optimal combination between intramural and distance education for various types of courses are represented. A scheme of activity of a subdivision is given; some directions of education within the context of a mixed system are considered; a structure of a portal and its development in a conncetion with intramural events is shown. Practical recommendations for effective organization of an educational process inside a large retail company are given; and advantages of using this system for a company-employer and its employees are discussed.
