The information-educational environment of high school as a means of improving the quality of educational services

Аннотация / Annotation:
There is presented the definition of information-educational environment (IЕE), revealed principles of modern IЕE, given their brief characteristics. The description of the IЕE implemented by the educational portal of the university (www.psu.kz). Line up the structure of the portal and automated management of the university system in order to automate workflow for the management of educational process and administrative activities of the university. The results of the research developed an interactive e-learning module, students showing its structure and the functionality of the subsystems of the personal account of a teacher and student. There was considered the possibility of organizing the communication between the teacher and the student in the learning process with the use of the chat system webinars (video conferencing) in on-line mode. In this study, was implemented in the module case that allows to complete case studies training and reference materials to assign the schedule of tests, as well as provide for interaction between teacher and student through the module «interaction Log» in the off-line mode. The results of the study concluded that for effective learning in IЕE is very important prepare faculty and students to the use of the developed services. To confirm these findings, we conducted a survey of staff and faculty of the university on-line surveys of students mastering technology of working in the IЕE. The results of survey and the survey are presented in the diagrams.
