Broadcasting System for 3-D Dynamic Models for Applications of Distributed Virtual Environments

Systems of Interactive 3-D graphic are used in up-to-date network applications for training and scientific activity. There are results of the research of integration of the system of processing of 3-D data into a network application of simulation of a scientific and training virtual network. Some special issues, taking more attention in developing a system of visualization of feedback and a user interface for a human operator for application of a network virtual laboratory, which include: 1) development of specifications of modes of data processing for 3-D dynamic models (animations), supported by the system and integrating various methods of 3-D animated polygonal nets compression based on wavelet-transformations and 3-D models clastering; 2) development of an applied system of stream broadcasting of 3-D animations based on client-server architecture oriented on usage inside RBC system; 3) challenges of integration with other subsystems and managing modules of a tele-operating system and suppoting of various multimodal functional abilities of a user interface based on a technology of virtual reality within the frameworks of common architecture of a tele-operating system, are investigated in the article.
