An example of using computer models in mechanical interactions study is considered. The suggested software applications allow using them in the teaching process by students who do not know numerical technique of solution of differential equations. They do not require the knowledge of programming languages. In an article in the framework of simulation reproducing various practical situations, we investigate the influence of uneven distribution of test items in the center of the measuring scale on the standard error of measurement objects. In the middle of the last century with the development of the theory of latent variables became possible to measure latent variables on a linear scale. It is possible to move to a new level of research in social systems. Measuring tool in these studies is the test method of research – Rasch model. Test as a measuring tool – a system of jobs uniformly increasing difficulty.
