The article analyzes the tacit knowledge and its application in the processes of education. The article makes a system analysis of explicit knowledge to match it with the implicit knowledge. This article describes the definition of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in a systematic way. This article describes the difference between implicit and tacit knowledge. This article describes the two types of tacit knowledge: object, independent of the subject and subjective associated with the subject. The article describes a model of K. Popper and its transformation in relation to education. The article describes the use of personal knowledge in teaching.

According to self-established standards of postgraduate program in discipline «04.06.01 Chemical Science», postgraduate students have to be qualified for performing both research and educational tasks. This article describes first experience in designing the process of blended learning as a process of managing an educational program to form basic pedagogical skills for postgraduates. In the process of designing and implementing this educational program, several educational scenarios and e-course structures were elaborated; key topics were defined and assigned for specific types of resources; optimal combination of educational methods was selected and appropriate testing means were developed.
