In practice, multimedia design we know the concept of fractal graph. However, in the structure of the Russian higher school used universally-international translated tutorials. At the same time, the accumulated volume of studies in the Russian applied pedagogy on аksiomorphological approach to complex visual systems are not systematized, hardly known for students-designers, not adapted to the educational process. This article examines the аksiomorphological approach as key to the development of methodical training module «fractal graphics».

The article discusses issues of practical implementation of interactive learning tools in distance learning of students with disabilities. It presents a pedagogical tool “e-workbook” and the technique of its use. The authors show the main functions of the e-workbook and its constituent parts, the benefits of using it in the educational process .They mark features of the electronic workbook as a didactic means of training in school .At the end they make a conclusion about the appropriate use of this educational tool in distance education of children with disabilities The authors of the article offer to use the electronic workbook as a study tool for multiple uses in the distance learning.

The article justifies the necessity of using game technologies in the process of teaching mathematics in accordance with the Concept of mathematical education development. It is shown that these technologies can play a role of the means of recreational didactics which make up the conditions for intellectual unloading and mental recuperation in the course of intense brainwork. Also, they can increase the motivation level of studying of the subject and provide didactic maintenance of low-attaining pupils. The typology of the games created in the program-methodical environment of innovative computer didactics is given, the examples are provided.

Media Literacy Education and Media Criticism: Results of the Survey for University Students

The authors of the article analyze the results of students’ survey of two universities aimed at finding out respondents’ media competence level. The findings prove the general tendency, that as a rule, less than a quarter of the young audience reveals a higher level of the motivational factor of the media competence’s development. Whilst a considerably larger part of respondents – about a half – have a low level of the motivational index of the development of media competence. The analysis of the received data proved that the high degree of the frequency of contact with media and high level of the motivational index of media competence is not directly linked with the high level of ability to analyze a media text comprehensively. Although the levels of interpretational/evaluation parameters of the audience’s media competence to a large extent reflect the levels of their informational and motivational descriptors. Moreover it turns out that the high level of informational index does not necessarily correlate to the level of evaluation index of media competence development. On the whole, the survey shows that media competence of modern students needs improvement. Therefore, university students (not less that school pupils) do need media literacy courses.
