The article analyzes the regularity of artificial information field, existing in practice processes. Article codifies the laws of the information field, of which the most well-known Moore’s Law and the Pareto principle. This article describes the related laws such as the law Wirth, Amdahl’s law, the law of Bela class computers, and others. All of these laws are not physical, but are the consequence of the observation of human activities and the identification of some of the laws that accompany this activity. Accounting regularities increases the efficiency of human activity.

The authors carry out an analysis of various simulation programs for fuzzy systems. As a result of the analysis, which is a solution of the learning tasks, it’s established that in free software simulation programs for fuzzy systems with respect to commercial programs, numerically close indices are obtained, as well as visually close surfaces of fuzzy inference. Free software simulation programs for fuzzy systems are correct and can potentially be applied in the educational process.

In this paper we experimentally study the influence of the storage structure of the educational material, in particular ontologies, on the effectiveness of its use for students that have various levels of training. The foreign language is used as a subject domain. The results of the research show that ontological structures are effective for storing the teaching material, but they must be transformable, in order not to cause the conflict with the already existing individual knowledge structure of the students.

The article reveals the content of regulatory testing and free testing. The article shows the difference between normative testing and free testing. The article describes the areas of application of normative and free testing. The article proves that with free testing there is information uncertainty. The article proposes to use the Dempster-Schaffer theory to account for information uncertainty and evaluate the truth of testing. The article describes the algorithm and method of applying this approach. The article analyzes the result of applying the method. The article proves that free testing can be used to test adults who are in a state of excitement and inadequate perception of the test.
