Organizational materials in implementing an educational program of supplementary professional education in distance training ‘Fire Security’ in an educational and methodical center of Novosibirsk State Technical University are represented. Great attention is paid to requirements of supporting an educational process, a set and a level of competences of a teacher of distance education. Categories of specialists of support and their functions are set. A program and technical complex for distance education for a discipline ‘Fire Security’ is described.

Main principles of creating forms of various types in Microsoft Access (simple, hierarchical, combined and button) in Constructor and Masters are represented in the article. Methods of adding elements of management in a form (a button, a field, a script, a list, a picture, etc.), and sectoring fields of data of forms are shown. Forms provide data visualization and implementation of an interactive dialog with a user and enable to search data. Also the article shows readers with producing macrocommands in DBMS MS Access and technologies of developing macroses for woking with data in forms and reports.
