Methodical Fundamentals of Implementation of Distance Teaching Theoretical Mechanics in a Technical University

Аннотация / Annotation:
Approaches to organization of distance teaching theoretical mechanics by using e-learning means are considered in the article. It is set that there are the same forms of organization of an educational processas in intramural education in the existing programs, and they also implement ‘knowledge’ approach to education. In order to increase effectiveness of students’ training to independent tasks solution it is proposed to use statements of activity theories. Authors utilize these theories for developing methods of distance education including modules for main concepts of a discipline and for mastering methods of tasks’ solution and special activities. Now the set mean is in a process of approbation in several technical universities of Russia; preliminary results have positive traits.

A description in brief a method of projects and its positive influence on an educationl process are given; main approaches to implementation of project activity on distance music lessons in a case of teaching disabled children are represented. Difficulties of students in project activity are shown. Experience of use of project activity in the Resource Center for Distance Edication of Nizhny Novgorod is set and general recommendations in project design are given.

A structure of a system of remote access to localized resources of a complex mount is considered. Fundamentals of a decision-making, variations of this structure, general fragments of of its intallation are discussed. Implementation of the whole structure of remote access with choosing protocols based on tests is shown. Quantitative evaluations of parameters and possible forecasts of development of such a system are given. Materials of the article can be useful in developing challenging systems of remote access to expensive and complex research, technological and laboratory mounts.

A system of development of interactive tasks based on Flash-technology is considered. An automated knowledge checking by means of such tasks is based on analysis of activities conducted by a student in a process of work with a dynamic model. A system has got small size, flexibility, easiness of practical use, and also abilities to be integrated into up-to-date information environments of support of an educational process. This system can be used in learning properties of functions and graphs in high school.
