Absract. Informatization as a global process and its specifics in educational dimension are investigated. Specifics of informatization of Russian system of higher professional education are studied. Attention is focused on a nature of infromatization, analysis of its definitions and practical thesaurus as actual problem of a system of education.

Abstract: issues related to a role of technical support and maintenance of nuclear stations equipments, radiation on nuclear power stations, and necessity of minimization of dose expenses of staff in accordance with requirements of radiation standards are considered in the article. Ways of decreasing of dose expenses of staff are shown; a role of intensification of a process of training for deceasing individual doses is set. Ways and results of implementation of virtual technologies (computer simulation) into a process of specialists’ training on the department ‘Nuclear Power’ are considered.

Abstract: There are five questions, which should be answered in developing educational software, in the article. Ways of solution of the given problems are analyzed: usage of WIMP interface, requirements to developing of information frames having verbal and nonverbal components, rules of usage of frame diagonals and allocation of complex and simple toponomas. A problem of usage of an assembling effect for enforcing of a sequence of information frames is discussed.
