Functioning of Russian language in Internet is considered in the article; great attention is paid to an analysis of special Internet resources covering Russian language learning and teaching. It is stated in the article that information and communication technologies are based on usage of new methods and technologies in a field of teaching of Russian language. A process of development of a new virtual environment for Russian language learning including information, educational and methodical materials and distance courses is analyzed.

Problems and Challenges of Stadardization of Distance Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Context of World Experience

It is impossible to use a unified standard for organization of an educational process in distance education. Therefore in order to develop new or amend the existing standards and regulations in distance education we need to determine for which institutions, grades or contents of education the standrds will be used and for which means and technologies of support of educational materials they are developed. Education is a complex functional system of learning, assessing and managing quality of education using all system attributes and we can fix the parameters of quality of training and pedagogic meters providing equal abilities for training for all specialists in economics and on labor market.

Some aspects of development of an information system of support of scientific research made for automating design of quantitative methods of X-ray flourescence analysis of altimate composition are considered in the article. Design methods are a setting task, where we can use expert methods for assessing and analyzing data. Cases of automating of such stages are considered. Development of a system meets the requirements of operative modification of a set of implemented functions focused on its adaptation to changing needs in a laboratory of a customer. The given property is based on ontology of a subject field, automating of a analysis of this ontology, and as a result we have a carcass of a system as a library of components.
