E-learning of One Kind Software Users

The methods of e-learning for software users are analyzing. We study the problem of the applicability the technology concept in the learning process. It is shown that for the class of mass professional users of information management systems, the learning process can be technologically. An example of the e-learning process building technology for massive professional users of information and control systems was given.

Virtual Laboratory Workshops on Courses of the Natural-Science Cycle for Students of the Humanitarian Directions

In this work the possibility of laboratory workshop creation without use of the expensive equipment is shown. The way of computer modeling is offered and the software package is developed for creation of virtual laboratory workshop. The computer model of the vector network analyzer allowing providing necessary measurements of the studied devices in the content sufficient for obtaining working skills with measuring equipment and studying of the main physical properties of the studied devices is constructed. The modeled vector network analyzer has the computer interface completely similar to the real device.

For this purpose the knowledge quality control cards are used. The program developed by the authors was used to construct the trajectory of self-education.

Digital meters succeed the legacy metering systems in an educational physical experiment. The secondary school physics course implies that the students should be taught not only in meters themselves, but also in operating principles thereof and in physical regularities underlying their functioning. Hence, such an approach should be preserved for digital systems also. The article considers the technique of familiarization of secondary school students with digital meters and operating principles thereof based on the experimental research of pendulum oscillations.

The current state of the telecommunications infrastructure of the Federal university computer network RUNNet is discussed, ongoing projects submitted for its modernization within the country and on the international routes are presented, including – development of own DWDM-segment on the St. Petersburg – Helsinki route, deployment of the ring network in the European part of Russia in the framework of the project 3R (RUNNet Russian Ring). The work aimed at enhancing connectivity and interaction with the international scientific and educational networks on the base of new networking technologies and protocols are observed. Information about the further development of cloud platform and services in RUNNet are given.
