The article presents author’s approach to substantiating evidence of didactic system which consisted of the integrated use of information and educational technologies, and allowed to develop and propose a generalized pattern of the major types of security applied to all levels of vocational training in higher education. Besides specificity of the educational process was considered in terms of its holistic view based on existing traditional and modern means, methods and organizational forms of instruction in higher education.

At present time the new forms of medical education are of immediate interest. The virtual simulator «Colposcopy» is on the training device (practical skills). The paper presents the technology of development and use of virtual simulator. The influence of simulator on education process was studied (Krasnoyarsk state medical university, discipline «Obstetrics and gynecology»). The results showed the increase of average marks of study progress.

During info-communication technologies constructing, authors pay their attention not only to the modern telecommunication measuring instruments (reflectometer for cable lines is the main one), but also to the information packaged software which help to complete and detailed study of the physical environment signal transmission and analyze the effect of total internal reflection light beams. These physical tests are needed to build a modern broadband information “cloud” of the industrialized world. Step by step algorithm for constructing a structured cabling system GPON network construction, based on the roles and functions of key tasks, accompanied by a detailed diagram of the real projected objects infrastructures and their explanations are presented in the article.

This article described in the theoretical model, synthesizing objectives of media education and media criticism for the effective development of media competence and analytical thinking of the future teachers, their focused training to media education students, the following components: 1) ascertaining the initial components: a statement and analysis of media competence levels ( including the development of analytical thinking ) in relation to media and media texts in the audience at the initial stage of training; 2) forming components: theoretical component (blocks of theoretical training audience in media education and media criticism) , that is the study of methods and forms of audience media education; and the practical component (block analytical and creative activity audience towards media; unit technology training audience to media education students); 3) ascertaining the final component (unit testing the audience to identify the outcomes of media competence levels (including the development of analytical thinking) audience; unit test analysis the audience to identify the outcomes of media competence levels (including the development of analytical thinking) audience, and 4) score components: increased levels media competence audience, including – for material analysis and media relations of society and analyzing media texts of different types and genres.
