The Cognitive Modeling Conception of Making Open Digital Resources for Education

The article discusses the conception of development of open digital educational resources (ODER) as a cognitive model. The latter is a kind of a management network that regulates relationships between the components of the network and the cause-and-effect ties between them. To create a cognitive model defined as a “knowledge base”, it is crucial to study the variety of factors that influence the “object of management”, i. e. ODER, to achieve the target state in the form of a ready-to-use intellectual product.

There have been given a description of the major technological and market trends in word processing automation and examples of the most successful systems for web-based mass education. It was shown the basic technology of developed in the MUH intelligent robot, conducting high-performance operational multicriterion texts processing of written works.

From the declaration of the need for new educational technologies it is necessary to proceed to an exchange of experience in the application of the specific educational programs. This article presents guidelines for the effective preparation and implementation in the higher professional educational technology “flipped class» (Flipped classroom Educational Technology). The typical form of lectures and the organization of extracurricular self-studiing process are changed in such a way when students are watching video lectures at home, and their classtime is given to exercises, projects and discussions) like in the model of blended learning «Face-to-Face Driver». The “flipped classroom” method is presented with the public lectures resources and the chronology of the achieved goals and results.
