Use of Electronic Educational Means in Learning Process

An introduction of electronic educational means and electronic editions in learning process is considered as an instrument of intensification and enhancement of efficiency of student’s self-study training. Various kinds of authors’ own electronic educational means have been presented for the realization in both auditorium and extra-auditorium learning systems.

The article provides a SWOT analysis of the application of distance learning at the University, on the basis of which the analysis of the authors propose a plan of strategic development of Irkutsk National Research technical university (INRTU) within the framework of the application of remote distance technologies. Analysis of study results show the possibility of using LMS in the educational process of higher education, as one of the most effective methods of improving the competitiveness of Russian education.

The authors have established a close link between the general success of the student’s learning and his reflection such criteria as reflexivity, collectivity, self-criticism and autonomy. Its development is the development of decision rules for student reflection on the basis of the resulting questioning of the current level of reflection. The set of rules formalized in the form of knowledge of linguistic utterances was the basis for decision-making system on fuzzy logic. The system is automated. The developed software module allows you to make recommendations for the modification of the educational process to enhance its quality indicators.

Abstract: We carried out a study of students’ opinion on blended learning at the Department of Human Anatomy of the Ural State Medical University in 2014 – 2016. We performed the analysis of medical students’ evaluation of the necessity to use electronic educational resources during university studies. We also studied the positive and negative aspects of evaluation rating system used for Human Anatomy from the point of view of medical students.
