Classification and Estimation of Digital Educational Resources

Variations of classification of digital educational resources and standards of their meta-description are considered. Simplified method of classification oriented on task of comparative estimation of digital educational resources (DER) is proposed. In order to estimate resources comparatively there are a set of parameters for this classification. Algorithms of comparative estimations of DER based on paired-comparison method and hierarchy method of T.Saatchi are described.

Innovative forms of test items for electronic assessment

In the article the new classification of innovative forms of test items for electronic assessment is resulted. Prominent features of tasks on the basis of application of technology «hot spot» (a choice of a cursor position on the screen) and items on the basis of application of technology « drag and drop » (moving of graphic object on the screen) are considered. It is shown, that innovative forms of computer items provide a new opportunity of educational measurement of higher levels of cognitive processes that can provide an assessment of professional, industrial and even creative skills.

Network route as a sequence of communication channels, through which packets from a sender to receiver are transmitted, is set. Today there are several systems, which enable to detect different channel parameters, but they all have disadvantages. A unified model enabling to measure all well-known metrics of bandwidth is represented. A method is based on testing of a network with packets having different size.

As an example for this kind of critical analysis of media education in the classroom is selected the film of A. Balabanov «Cargo 200» (Russia, 2007), thus also affect the actual problem of media violence and its impact on the audience.

The main task for IT directors in many higher educational institutions is automation of an educational process. The article covers the product Microsoft Learning Gateway by Microsoft, a platform of solution development, which enables to implement distance education, communication and management in a higher educational institution. First of all functions and field of usage of this platform are described. Great attention is paid to advantages for all participants of an educational process including directors, teachers, students and parents. Special section is focused on solution architecture: necessary program products and their functionality. As a conclusion there is an example of increasing of MLG functionality through integration of new Microsoft product – live@edu.
