A Model of Organization of Educational Process of Extramural Students Based on Using Moodle Education Management E-System

There is a structure and organization of educational activity of students, and its stages are descibed. Issues of development and modern state of media education within a system of pre-school and primary education in France are considered in the article. The author analyzes official documents, practical experience of French teachers; special methods of media education in primary school are shown. Actuality of application of media education practice in a primary school is discussed; it enables to develop citizenship of schoolchildren, their independence in knowledge mastering and creativity. The given experience could be used in Russian media education.
