Аннотация / Annotation:
This article reviews modern trends didactics development. We focus on methodology and the basic principles of the foundations of e-learning didactics. The analysis of the structure and content is made, functions and mechanism of interaction between the components of e-learning are observed. The directions and pedagogical conditions, technical means and technologies of the educational process in higher education in the information society, which could serve as a basis for further research were revealed based on the analysis of literary sources.

Interactive Flash-assignments preparing and importing into Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) is discussed. The subject is the system for creating graphical test assignments. It may be used for study of mathematics at high school. It can help to generate tests on functions and their graphs properties. As a result the SCORM-package may be created to automatically integrate it into the LMS.

In this paper, we describe the concept “self-development” in a context of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical science. The essence of process of self-development appears at different philosophical and psychological scientific schools. Definition of self-development of the personality in distance learning of a foreign language is given. Efficiency of application of distance education technologies for self-development of the personality is shown by practical consideration.

This work discusses the problem of automation database management and reporting of the organization. It is possible to create an application using a relational database management system Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0. The work include a description of the stages of application development and description of the models (conceptual schema, logically structuring model, physical model) which are necessary to project, to implement these steps. As a result of analysis of these stages can be concluded about the convenience and ease of creating applications using this database, and to identify other advantages (a possibility to export / import data, interaction with other databases, high speed of work with programm, etc.).
