This article describes a multi-level training. The purpose of training is to train management in the field of energy conservation and efficiency. This article describes the stages of learning professionals. The article reveals the content of the learning levels. The article argues that such training should have several levels. Given the difference in the purpose of training between professionals and managers. The article shows the different testing methods. The significance of information educational units for the formation of educational material. Shows the difference between a passive, semi-active and active testing. Recommendations on the use of species testing.

The Software Complex For Building Educational Organizations IP-telephony Systems

Аннотация / Annotation:
The Basic IPPX (IP-Phone eXchange) software complex attended for development of IP-telephony systems for large organizations is discussed in the paper. The important features of this complex are the scalability (concerning the number of concurrent phone connections), fail-safety while servers’ hardware faults, possibilities of integration with others IP-telephony systems and public phone networks, support of wide range different vendors’ IP-phones. By this Basic IPPX complex provides as a set of traditional applications usually provided by quite advanced IP-telephony systems as well as some original applications. Complex is based on the open source FreeSwitch system. Scalability and fail-safety are provided by exploration of several FreeSwitch servers; the call load is dynamically distributed among these servers by special load balancer. Possibility of integration with others IP-telephony systems and public phone networks is supported by correspondent program gateways. The Basic IPPX complex has been introduced while the further development of the Southern Federal University’s IP-telephony system and can be successfully explored in the others large educational institutions and other kind of large organizations for starting and/or further development of their IP-telephony systems.
