We consider the classification of the modes of communication in distance education. It is shown that in distance education the most effective from the economic point of view, the mode of communication is off-line. This mode imposes certain restrictions on educational technology used in the distance education. In particular, to control the level of knowledge necessary to use test subject to disruption motivation trained testing procedure. The most important tool in the transmission of educational material to learners are video lecture and tutorial video that need to comply with certain requirements.

Cognitive Entropy as a Destructive Factor of Systematic Knowledge

The article focuses on a few issues related to the cognitive effect of the entropy on replication of the system of knowledge. It also discusses properties of the individual system of knowledge as a synergetic system and of systematic knowledge as it is, plus destructive patterns of increasing the cognitive overload in a learning process, leading to an entropy rise in the system of human knowledge because of exponential error accumulation. In addition, we suggest the ways of how to reduce the impact of the entropy on the cognitive process.
