Financial Support of Activitive of Budgetary Educational Institutions in Providing Educational Services

Economic content of a concept ‘educational service’ is considered in the article. There are four groups of costs for education in a total sum of budgetary expenditures, which enable to set a share of expenditures on educational services. A value of financial support of activity of budgetary educational institutions in providing educational services is calculated.

We should ask ourselves what is ‘effect’ and ‘effectiveness’ as a whole and in scientific innovative activity in particular.
