Reproduction of Scientific and Teaching Staff in Russia: Challenges of Modernization

Аннотация / Annotation:
Factors characterizing processes of reproduction of scientific and teaching staff in Russia are considered in the article on the basis of data of state statistics and materials of deep interviews. Interaction between a state of Russian reproduction high-tech sphere, a structure of distribution of people graduated from professional and higher educational institutions to groups of specialties and fields of sciences and quality management of scientists training are described. The results of implementation of state policy including Federal target programs focused on intergenerational continuity are analyzed.
