The human capital of households in contemporary Russia

This paper is based on the original conceptual framework for analyzing the human capital of households. Authors studied generalized social and economic factors that determine the approaches of households to invest in education, health and participation in the institutions of civil society. The analysis of the major trends in the reproduction of educational capital, health capital and social capital in contemporary Russia is proposed.

Break ricks in the social dynamics of the educational space

The processes of social dynamic of the Russian educational space from 19th century till now are described in this article, which are based on the theoretical analysis of the social dynamic breaks. Two social dynamic breaks of the Russian educational space in 20th century were showed up. The authors made an attempt to analyze Russian educational space’s perspectives to develop from the point of view of it’s social dynamics in conditions of risk society.

Formulated the key issues of personnel training of building sphere: difficulties in selecting the personnel capable of exploiting modern energy-efficient equipment and the absence of professional standards of construction companies in Russia up to date. Recommendations on training and retraining of personnel in building sphere are represented.

This is a vitally important sector of economy, because a consumer is the population of the Russian Federation. However, according to the Federal State Statistics Service, in spite of financing of the housing and communal services from budget and modernization of the industry, more and more water and sewer systems need a replacement, and the number of heating systems demanding of renovation is increasingly growing at the moment. All this shows us a necessity of the innovative solutions to the problems that are emerging in the industry.
