New talent for the knowledge economy: how to attract and retain talent

The analysis of demand in the domestic labor market of personnel, the qualification of which meets the requirements of the real economy at the stage of its digitalization. The low degree of attractiveness of the national labor market for talented workers is revealed. The statistics and a retrospective analysis of the possible reasons for the “leakage” of highly professional personnel from Russia. A system of measures to increase the attractiveness of the domestic labor market for talent is proposed. The special role of the education system in the production of talented personnel for the transforming economy of Russia is emphasized.

The analysis of demand in the domestic labor market of personnel, the qualification of which meets the requirements of the real economy at the stage of its digitalization. The statistics and a retrospective analysis of the possible reasons for the “leakage” of highly professional personnel from Russia. A system of measures to increase the attractiveness of the domestic labor market for talent is proposed. The entry of Russia into the European educational space has led to contradictions in the fact that each of the European countries has its own system of coordinates in the higher education system, while the labor market is the same for everyone. It is the result of training that should be a common language of understanding and ensure the mobility of students as a future workforce. The article suggests ways out in this direction, one of which is the construction of a system of educational structures.
