Smart competence model as the basis for the formation of human capital

This article describes the original smart competency model and the components that make up it. The smart competencies formation model is a multilevel spiritual model. The authors have come to the conclusion that it is important to form a set of smart competencies in the younger generation at the stage of school education. The main research methods are analysis, synthesis, abstraction and theoretical modeling.

The author formulates the main components of a complex behavioral model that determines the competitiveness of an economic entity in the new conditions and characterizes its proactive position in relation to deep uncertainty. It is revealed the design features of the educational environment that connect the elements of the system “enterprise/employer-university-state” based on digital technologies and contribute to the formation of the behavioral characteristics of successful economic entities.

This article examines the specifics of social objects of higher education institutions – student campuses. Based on the analysis of a number of examples of the largest student campuses of Moscow universities, their consideration as complex and multidimensional objects of research is justified. The main approaches to the study of social infrastructure in order to predict its strategic development based on the application of a systematic approach, graph theory and multi-factor models are identified.
