Ensuring the economic security of diversification in higher education

The article shows the author’s definition of diversification and economic security of diversification in Russian system of higher education. The author suggests to study these problems on the basis of formalized models and prediction of the global and domestic trends in higher education system. A model of increasing the economic diversification process safety is suggested.

The article covers problems of development of target capitals in Russian state educational institutions of higher professional education. Experience of work of endowment foundations in the USA, Europe and abilities of its utilization in Russia are described. A series of criteria enabling to assess effectiveness of target capital management as a supplementary source of financial resources and a mechanism of development of abilities of long-term financial planning is proposed. Conclusions and proposals concerning distribution of an institute of target capital and increasing of effectiveness of its functioning in Russia are made.

Methods of calculation of monthly payments for a reverse mortgage contract are given and the results of implementation of this mechanism on housing market are determined.
