The article shows the advantages, both financial and social, of network cooperation in the implementation of educational programs. The model allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of interaction between educational institutions and/or providers of educational services. The calculation is performed on the basis of documents of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, regulating the basic standard costs for cost groups of training areas and federal educational standards.
