Economic rhetoric as a method for solving educational problems

The analysis of economic rhetoric as a method and practice of solving problems in Russian education is given. The causes and mechanism of the functioning of economic rhetoric are revealed. Concrete examples of the purpose of economic rhetoric in the context of the implementation of state economic policy are shown.

The directions of solving the identified problems are outlined. Estimated data are given for additionally older workers in conditions of increasing retirement age. A study of the preferences of older workers regarding obtaining competencies in the field of information and communication technologies using the questionnaire survey method on the survio.com platform was carried out.
