The article presents a scientific approach to the formation of mechanisms of anti-corruption behavior in the higher education system. The features and key categories of professional ethics, the importance of ethical and moral norms in ensuring anti-corruption behavior, moral criteria of professional activity are determined. The tasks of the code of ethics and official conduct of employees of the organization are specified. The directions of development of anti-corruption mechanisms based on the introduction of anti-corruption ratings are determined.

The demand commodification is shown by a consumer society and specificity of market relations.
