The article runs on the problems of risks’ growth in the modern social space, particularly, in educational one. The author shows how the educational space are extremely stratified and social risks are unevenly distributed. On the base of the analysis of empirical researches the author made an attempt to reveal social coordinates of high risk in the educational space of a secondary school.

The methodical approaches to the definition of strategic planning for the development of industry organizations, major and “complement” system of strategic planning elements: the general culture of strategic planning, system interactions in the triangle, “the leaders of workers planning departments – staff of the organization”, the level of formalization of procedures, development of partnerships with customers, suppliers, monitoring implementation and achievement of intermediate and final strategic goals. This methodical approach to strategic planning of organizations can provide a balance of interests of participants of the process-related cause-effect relationships. And the development and monitoring of the implementation of strategic plans and progress towards the desired state.
