Questions of integration of physically disabled people in a labor field of activity and attraction of socially responsible business to the solution of problems of adaptation and rehabilitation of this group of the country are taken up. The role of the state stimulating socially responsible business to participation and implementation of important socially focused programs with tax benefits both guaranteeing support and providing with necessary financial resources is allocated. Practice of the developed countries is given in the solution of problems of integration of disabled people on social and active Wednesday of society.

Development of approaches of measuring of customer satisfaction in a quality management system of an educational organization isconditioned by the necessity of identification, registration and customer requirements application to educational activities. The paper describes the experience of developing the processes of measuring of customer satisfaction within a quality management system of an educational organization by the example of Vologda State University. The authors offer to identify the consumers in respect of the key processes of educational activity. The article determines and ranks types of activity in order of importance within the framework of the key processes. The paper presents the experience of development of processes of measuring of customer satisfaction within the framework of intrainstitutional standard.
