The analysis of the inefficient operation of some aspects of modern society, especially the higher education in the Czech Republic. The necessity of deep reforms in higher education, proposed concrete ways to implement them not only in the Czech Republic.

Writing teaching is described as activity of cognitive mechanism of English performance generation. Creative writing is presented as the most complex and effective way of EFL teaching.

In this paper we consider integration problems of management methods and evaluation of bank risks of Russian banking system according to the standards of the Basel Committee. We analyzed new approaches to measuring of credit and operational risks, to the supervision over a compliance with the requirements of the capital sufficiency and to the provision of a transparency of information about the risks assumed by banks. The problems associated with a synchronization of the Russian banking system transition to Basel-II were founded.
