The article analyzes the uncertainty of modern economic theories, which is explained by the realities of the information society. The contradictory nature of economic doctrines (economics, neoliberalism, institutionalism, neo-Marxism, postmodernism) is shown in the context of modern education. The idea of the possibility of overcoming economic uncertainty based on the principle of complementarity is substantiated.

The article analyzes the uncertainty of modern economic theories, which is explained by the realities of the information society. The article discusses the importance of human capital in the conditions of development of knowledge economy in contemporary society. The author analyzes the development trend of higher education in Russia and the principles of learning in the knowledge economy. Considered standard components of human capital and the proposed components of its formation taking into account modern requirements of the economy, consisting in the XXI century skills that form human capital in the knowledge economy and a new mindset.

Influence of universities social responsibility on the valuable codes of the young population

In article theoretical approaches to understanding of a phenomenon “university social responsibility” are opened and its methodological features on the basis of the analysis of social activities of foreign and domestic universities are revealed. The author also made an empirical assessment of the valuable codes of youth formed by the Ural universities and recommendations about strengthening of development of social responsibility of the Russian universities within the solution of problems of social and economic development of regions are made.

The results of the study of students’ satisfaction with the level of knowledge obtained and the degree of their application in practical professional work are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the trends that are currently developing in the sphere of education.

Globalization has intensified cross-border money transfers in the “white”, “gray” and shadow sectors of the world economy, where in the “gray” sector the physical movement of cash is giving way to paralegal schemes involving capitals of both dubious and irreproachable origins. Digital globalization, ensuring the speed and simplicity of monetary transactions, gives greater freedom from control, which creates the ground for crypto-currencies, which in the near future will occupy a leading position in the market of instruments of trans-border paralegal money transfers.
