Relationship of social and human capital in russian education

The interaction of social and human capital in the context of Russian education is shown. Identified the shortcomings of educational policy in terms of the accumulation of social and human capital. The level of trust, social structure, reliability of the social environment, obligations, information channels, norms and sanctions, as a form of social capital in Russian education, are analyzed.

Conception of preparation of economists is in educational cluster

The article is devoted to the theory of creating training of economists for innovative transformations of the regional economy. The integration form of the cluster is proposed for joint educational activities of subjects of education, business and regional management. The concept of economists training is based on the provisions of synergetics, the theory of activity, student-centered learning and is complemented by the author’s components.

Criteria and indicators of efficiency evaluation of the modern universities

In the article, the authors consider the issue of evaluating the university activities. The authors study the theoretical bases for evaluating the activities of universities, reveal the concepts of “approach to performance evaluation”, “performance indicator”, study the historical aspect of the emergence of methods for evaluating universities, define the object, subject, users, goals, appraisers, methods and assessment tools. Different ratings of universities are analyzed, the negative consequences of the formal use of such ratings are identified, as well as indicators of monitoring the effectiveness of universities, a description of the monitoring criteria used is given, and their own indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of universities are proposed.

Corruption as a threat to the economic security of the state

The theoretical analysis of the negative impact of corruption on the economic and national security of the state is presented in the article. The assessment of corruption as a threat to the economic security of our country in the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation is considered. The authors, based on the correlation analysis of the Fragile State Index and Corruption Perceptions Index ratings, conclude that there is a significant link between a high level of corruption and a low level of political stability in the states of the world.
