Тhe role of the modern teacher in the context of consumerization of education

Consumerization of education is the most important research problem in modern social and humanitarian science. The object of the article is the prestige of the consumer society teacher. The author examines the phenomenon of educational consumer services, reveals the relationship between the ideology of consumerism and modern educational practices, analyzes the social differentiating role of the education system. The research methodology is based on the principles of dialectics, comparative and concrete historical approaches.

Influence of a pandemic on economic aspects of education

Subject of consideration of article is the analysis of some aspects of economic activities of educational institutions in the conditions of a pandemic. Specificity of the online training caused by distribution coronavirus infection, its influence on economic and cultural aspects of functioning of an education system is investigated. It is shown, how the pandemic has created conditions for formation of the digital educational environment, reformatting of educational process.

The article is devoted to the issues of deviant behavior in Russian business entities and universities during the period of epidemiological instability in 2020-21. A number of measures have been proposed to reduce deviations in the above structures. The conclusion is made about the permanent presence of deviations in the management of any business and an education system as an obligatory construct in the formation of new social relations. Therefore, it is vital to forecast the economic and social situations for a timely response to possible changes.

The factors that determine the lack of motivation for employment in the direction of training received at the university were revealed: lack of interest in the chosen profession, low wages, lack of practical skills. The development of a student’s professional identity, its integration into the “communities of practice” is considered as one of the promising areas for solving the problems of youth employment, the formation of their practical skills, and the realization of career expectations.

Analysis of teachers workload when using the didactics of full-time and group training

In the context of the forced increase in social distance associated with the pandemic, the task arose of transferring not only elite, but also mass education to personal didactics. Based on the analysis of the parameters of didactics, it is shown that with the transition to personal training, the number of teachers and the associated costs, while maintaining full-time-group didactics, would have to increase significantly. This is impossible, and the task of personalizing mass education should be solved in a different way – by the method of e-learning using a robotic platform.

The article shows the possibilities of using adaptive models for making management decisions on forecasting the sales volume of computer components based on the adaptive Holt-Winters model, which adequately reflects the behavior of the resulting feature.
