In the conditions of an innovative economy, the continuous development of human capital becomes crucial, and the more developed a country is, the more attention is paid to investments in human capital, and first of all, in education. The article examines the dynamics of state support for the development of human capital. The key role of education in the formation of human capital contributing to the development of intellectual abilities of all citizens, including people with disabilities, is shown.

Annotation: The article is aimed at developing the theoretical and methodological foundations for the functioning of the system of additional education for adults. An analysis of the educational service, consumers and producers was carried out, a structural and economic mechanism for the system of additional adult education was developed, a model of the system of additional adult education in the macroeconomic mechanism was built, and the interests of consumers in the system of additional adult education were disclosed.

The main directions and prospects for the corporate training of various organizations are considered. The analysis of domestic market research of corporate learning management system is given, the leaders of the Russian corporate education market are identified. It is noted that at present most corporate educational centers implement employee development management programs, combining face-to-face and online forms of education, it is emphasized that digital transformation of education contributes to digital technologies development in this area.

The features of the formation of professional strategies of teachers of three age segments are considered: up to 30 years, 30-60 years and over 60 years. It is shown that most teachers of different age categories do not see an opportunity to realize their professional plans outside of higher education.
