The article analyzes the accessibility of education in Russia. It is proven that regional characteristics should be taken into account when creating the educational process. Recommendations are proposed to equalize accessibility to the educational process in regions: the introduction of digital education, educational platforms taking into account live communication with teachers; attracting private investors. Transformations must be carried out based on an inclusive approach and taking into account the risks of digital inequality.
