Theoretical problems of formation of the system of rewarding of teachers are considered. A regional practice of introduction of new systems of rewarding, also within the frameworks of complex projects of modernization of education, is analyzed. Methodological approaches to formation of a system of material stimulation focused on support of system implementation of innovations are proposed.

Abilities of Application of Inversion Production Function for Optimization of Employment in Educational Sector

An ability to apply a method of inversion production function for analyzing of dependence between a number of employed and studied people in the system of education is explained. Calculations, which are based on statistic data of a number of students in the system of education of the Russian Federation in 2004/2005–2007/2008yy., are made. This equation of regression by using forecasted values enables to determine an optimal level of employment in organizations, which provide educational services.
