Stumbling Blocks of Anti-Corruption Education: Corruption and Reciprocity

Аннотация / Annotation:
A nature of corruption in a field of education as an ineffective institutional norm, supported by existing reciprocity social practices, is shown in the article. A concept of anti-corruption education as a possible mean of development of anti-corruption ideology on a stage of socialization of a human being and desirable charecteristics of a environment of education for the youth is discussed. Appropriate evidences of the given concepts are represented.

Structural Unemployment as a Result of Absense of Integration of Labor Market and a Sector of Educational Service in Higher Professional Education

Basic disproportions between labor pretensions of young people and abilities for their satisfaction in Russia are shown on the basis of analysis of a qualification structure of a labor market, and correlation between a structure of labor market needs and a structure of popular specialities, choosen by applicants. In particular, a growth of structural unemployment and latent (illegal) employement are the result of this situation.

Methods of calculation of a volume of annual puchases of new items, necessary for supporting security and comfort of conditions of material and subject environment at a level of accordance to existing consumers’ needs, are represented in the article. The given methods are based on the results of monitoring of quality of goods during usage, including expert assessment of decreasing parameters of consumer properties because of typical defects. On the case of purchases of school desks we can see mismatch betweeen annual purchases and levels of amortization of the exploited things. Parameters of quality of desks, which influence on their reliability and recommended for inclusion into technical requirement in case of purchasing furniture for a school, are represented.
