Human capital of people with disabilities: features of formation

The article discusses the specifics of the formation of the human capital of disabled people. An analysis of disability in Russia is carried out, an emphasis is placed on the trend towards an increase in the absolute number of children with disabilities. The difference in the structure of investments in the formation of human capital for different categories of people with disabilities is substantiated. The need for joint efforts of the state, society and the disabled themselves is emphasized to implement measures for the formation of their human capital.

Development of mechanisms for implementation of a national project in the sphere of small businesses

The article examines the issues of implementation of measures of state support for small business, provided for in the framework of federal projects as part of a national project. The target indicators of the national project, measures to achieve them, assessment of the effectiveness of the use of federal budget funds aimed at supporting small businesses are considered. The indicators characterizing the formation of a favorable business environment are investigated. The provisions of the new edition of the national project for the development of SMEs until 2030 are considered. Problems of the development of SMEs are generalized.
