Nowadays, artificial intelligence is capable of performing many functions, including those that were previously considered the prerogative of a person. The article explains how data engineering will facilitate work in educational institutions in two aspects: on the part of employees and on the part of students, as well as how relevant the profession of a data engineer is.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of sustainable development in the light of the goal of sustainable development on the need to ensure the possibility of continuous education for all, adopted by the UN. The two-sided nature of continuous education is shown, which is both a factor and a goal of sustainable development of both society as a whole and a separate organization. The author comes to the conclusion about the growing role of modern organizations for the implementation of the designated goal.

It is shown that e-learning with the use of intelligent robots and information systems in the educational process is distinguished not only by the complexity of solving cognitive, developing, verification educational and control tasks of educational activities, but also solves the most important economic problems.

Human capital in educational institutions plays a key role in the process of economic development. Human resources in the educational environment are the main resource of organizations. The article analyzes the factors that influence the satisfaction with the working conditions of the teaching staff of educational organizations. A number of changes and trends in education are identified and their relationship with the level of satisfaction of employees in this area is considered. The analysis of statistical data on various aspects is presented.

Assessment of employment of elderly people in higher education in Russia

The purpose of the work is to assess the level and dynamics of employment of older workers in higher education in Russia, to identify age-related problems in the staffing of universities. The employment of older teachers is declining more slowly than that of all scientific and pedagogical workers. The dependence of higher education on them is growing. Universities as employers are more attractive for older workers. A new model of the rational age structure of teachers is required.
