The article analyzes and summarizes modern trends in the management of human capital in a higher educational institution. The key trends in the development of the human capital of the university are identified and a number of recommendations are proposed to minimize negative phenomena. A co-evolutionary approach to the analysis of key problems in the management of the human capital of the university is disclosed.

The article attempts to trace the essence of moral education in China, how to build an educational trajectory within this direction. The practical implementation is described based on the results of the author’s study in a number of Beijing schools, which gave an idea of the mechanisms of building work on moral education of students in primary and secondary classes.

Based on the analysis of statistical data and a review of publications, the features of the formation of sustainable development strategies by companies in the current geopolitical situation are identified, and the key factors influencing the adjustment of activities are identified. The main directions of sustainable development used by the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are considered. A forecast for the development of a sustainable development strategy for Russian companies is given.

The reasons of social stratification caused by the processes of digitalization of modern society are analyzed. It is proved that digitalization aggravates socio-economic stratification depending on the possibilities of access to information and the ability of individuals to handle it. The tendencies of the digital stratification of society in the perspective of the material and technical capabilities of the subject, its individual information and communication competencies, geographical, ethnic and gender characteristics are highlighted.
