Family ties: stability and mobility in education

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article presents an analysis of social intergenerational educational mobility. The factors of social mobility are considered, modern trends associated with the strengthening of the role of the parental family are identified.The author comes to the conclusion that the declared equality of opportunities, the emphasis only on the personal qualities of the subject as the only factor of mobility, the underestimation of the role of family resources can lead to disappointment, becoming one of the reasons for the dcline in social mobility.

The article justifies the importance of the intellectual capital of universities in ensuring the technological leadership of Russia. The structure of intellectual capital of universities is considered. The emphasis is on the fact that technology transfer is the main form of promoting university innovations. It is concluded that a significant proportion of university startup projects do not reach the scaling stage. Therefore, a prerequisite for the transfer of knowledge to the real sector of the economy is the effective interaction of universities with enterprises.

Conclusions are made that the development of technologies is an important factor in the successful popularization of modern media formats.
