An Innovative Infrastructure of a University for the Humanities: Experience and Problems of Development in Regional Conditions

Trends of integration of scientific activity of a university for the humanities into a national and regional innovative system as one of challenging vectors of implementation of new state strategy in a field of intelligent property are analyzed in the article. As an object there is a regional university located in unique natural, industrial, tourist, recreation Altai region having a great cultural and historic potential. Authors represent special objects for researching investigated by academic communities; results and potential of commercialization are the successive example of integration of science into an innovative sphere at a regional level. It is concluded that in case of development of innovative strategy of a university for the humanities we need to take into account infrastructure, resource, staff and scientific potential; also the greatest role of cooperation between universities and other organizations is set.

Relevance of realization of complex forms of interaction of education, science and business, in particular creation of science and technology parks in development of branch education for needs of railway transport, strengthening of positions of railway educational institutions in the region, and also in development of the basic enterprises of railway transport, branch and the region as a whole is emphasized.
