Distributed e-learning based university as a way to improve the economic efficiency of the university

Аннотация / Annotation:
The article compares the expenses of the e-learning university based on information robotics technology and traditional campus university. The detailed cost structure is reviewed. It is shown that with increasing dimension of the distributed university there is a reduction of current expenditures. For Russia with its huge territory in addition to increasing the economic efficiency, distributed university development is of great social importance. Access to education for different segments of the population is expanding, regardless of location or residence, that will increase the possibility of regional staffing.

Abstract. Demand for higher education in Russia has been fundamentally changing for a long time under the influence of external and internal factors. However in such adverse circumstances Russian system of higher education succeeds in lining up with the level of many other countries that maintain the number of students at high positions. Our study shows successive stages of change in public demand for higher education and confirms justified consequences of transition to decisive actions pertaining to optimization of educational, material and technical, financial and intellectual resources.

The efficiency of capital – is one of the most important and widely used indicators of economic efficiency. It is characterizes the quality of management, the company’s ability to obtain a sufficient return on investment, allows to predict the amount of profit. In agriculture, it is especially important, as it allows to identify how effectively the company spends its resources. This article describes the main indicators characterizing the efficiency of capital in agricultural enterprises, evaluated risks impact of WTO accession. On the example of Penza region of sampling, analyzes return on equity of agricultural producers.
